I usually use Orbit player to download Youtube videos but I was never satisfied with the downloading speed it offers. Recently I came across Keepvid.com from where you can download any video from Youtube, Google, metacafe. Music.com and many more sites by just typing the url of video. You will get a download link of video in flv format which can be played either by using Vlc or Gom player.
